Refund policy

RETURNS

Requirements:

  • You can request a return within 14 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.

How to request a return:

  1. Access your customer account by clicking here or by clicking the profile icon in the store menu.
  2. Enter your email address in the "Email" field and click “Continue”.
  3. Open the email sent by our store and copy the six-digit verification code.
  4. Return to the store page and enter the six-digit verification code.
  5. Click “Request return” for the order you want to return.
  6. If your order contains more than one item, select which items you want to return.
  7. Select the reason for the return and add a note for the store (optional).
  8. Click “Request return” to submit your request.
  9. If your request is approved you will receive an email with the return instructions.:

    • Return shipping costs, customs duties, and any additional fees are entirely covered by the customer.
    • Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
      Note: The refund may take up to 10 business days to be received by the customer, depending on the customer’s bank processing times.

REFUNDS

Requirements:

  • Refunds are issued only in specific cases:
    • If the order is lost during shipping and never delivered.
    • If the size received does not match the one ordered.
    • If the product arrives damaged or defective.

How to request a refund:

  1. Send your refund request by email to atalea.it@gmail.com.
  2. If your request is approved, you will receive the refund through the same payment method used at checkout.
    Note: The refund may take up to 10 business days to be received by the customer, depending on the customer’s bank processing times.

Non-returnable items: sale items, underwear, and swimwear.
