- How long does shipping take?
Orders are delivered within 7–20 days. For the Boutique Collection, customers may also choose the DHL Boutique Shipping option, which ensures delivery within 7–10 business days. We do our best to get the package to our customer’s home as quickly as possible. We provide a tracking code to check the status of the order.
- How long will it take to receive a tracking number?
The tracking code will be sent to you via email within a few days after the order confirmation, as soon as the shipment has been processed.
- How can I pay?
You can pay with debit card, credit card, PayPal, and Apple Pay.
- When I receive my order, will I also get a confirmation number?
Yes, you will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing it. Please contact us if you do not receive one within 24 hours.
- Who can I contact if I have problems with my order?

- If I provide my email address, will you sell my information?
No, emails are used only to track your order and send newsletters about our promotions and discount coupons.
- Is there a limit to the number of products I can purchase?
No, there are no limits, neither in quantity nor in amount.
- Does adding items to my cart obligate me to buy them?
No, you can add as many products to your cart as you want and then decide not to complete your order.
- When is the purchase process completed?
After entering the required payment details and being redirected to the order confirmation page, which contains the order number and date. A message in the center of the page will inform you that the purchase process has been successfully completed.
