SHIPPING AND TRACKING DETAILS
Orders are delivered in 7–20 business days. For the Boutique Collection, customers may also choose the DHL Boutique Shipping option, which ensures delivery within 7–10 business days. We do our best to get the package to the customer's home as quickly as possible. The tracking code is provided via email within a few days of order confirmation, as soon as the shipment has been processed.

ORDER TRACKING
The code received is not always immediately active. However, don't worry: after a few days you will be able to monitor your package. If the delivery times shown on the page look very long, rest assured your package will usually arrive sooner; the displayed times are often extended for procedural reasons.
